Uche is originally a California native born in the Bay Area (San Jose). He has lived up and down the west coast, mostly in the Bay Area, briefly in New England and Michigan where he earned his Bachelors degree from the University of Michigan. Working as a consultant after earning an M.B.A. in Finance from Pepperdine University led Uche Nchekwube to obtain a Broker's license in 2006. He has spent much of his career in Real Estate focused on new construction, especially San Francisco Luxury high rise properties, but has also worked for Bank of America in Consumer Real Estate as a loan officer as well as selling homes as a Broker associate with both global and local brokerages for years before going independent in 2016. Uche's experience spans decades in the San Francisco high rise market, he has sold luxury property and also helped clients buy and sell distressed properties (Short Sales, REO's, etc.).
